Karen will teach elements of free motion quilting and students will work on motifs that practice those elements. The focus of this class is to get students comfortable moving around the quilt in the way they intend so they have quilting freedom. Students will learn to quilt smooth curves and straight lines, even echoes, perfect points, travel over previously quilted lines, and finish with neat and tidy starts and stops.
