Welcome to your one-stop shop for 2026 SVMQG Quilt Show Resources and Information!
OUR GOALS:
- Sell 400+ tickets!
- Have all volunteer shifts fully staffed!
- Have 100+ members submit quilts for the show!
To reach our goals….we need YOU to:
- Tell everyone about the show starting NOW! INVITE YOUR FRIENDS, FAMILY, and COWORKERS!
- Sign up for one or more volunteer shifts here!
- Submit at least one quilt to be displayed in the show!

SUBMIT YOUR QUILTS
Quilt Submission is open Feb 9 – Mar 2 @ 9PM
Here are links to submit your quilts:
- Read this Quilt Show Entry and Display Guidelines document FIRST
- To submit each quilt, complete the Guild Quilt Show Submission Form (EXCEPT 2026 Challenge 10″ squares – see below)
- To submit your 2026 Challenge “What the Guild Means to Me” 10″ square, complete the 10 Inch Mini Quilt Submission Form
Here are links to prepare your accepted quilts (You will receive an email around March 10-11 listing the accepted quilts)
- Print this label/claim check document and complete and attach per instructions in the Quilt Show Entry and Display Guidelines above
- Add a 4″ sleeve to the top of each quilt (exceptions – no sleeve for the 10″ squares or the 2024/2025 Mini Series Quilts) – watch tutorial
- Complete the Drop Off/Pick Up form to indicate how you will get your quilt(s) TO us (by MARCH 22) and how you will get your quilt(s) back after the show closes
