Welcome to your one-stop shop for 2026 SVMQG Quilt Show Resources and Information!

OUR GOALS: 

  • Sell 400+ tickets!
  • Have all volunteer shifts fully staffed!
  • Have 100+ members submit quilts for the show!

To reach our goals….we need YOU to:

  • Tell everyone about the show starting NOW! INVITE YOUR FRIENDS, FAMILY, and COWORKERS! 
  • Sign up for one or more volunteer shifts here!
  • Submit at least one quilt to be displayed in the show!

SUBMIT YOUR QUILTS

Quilt Submission is open Feb 9 – Mar 2 @ 9PM

Here are links to prepare your accepted quilts  (You will receive an email around March 10-11 listing the accepted quilts)

  • Print this label/claim check document and complete and attach per instructions in the Quilt Show Entry and Display Guidelines above
  • Add a 4″ sleeve to the top of each quilt (exceptions – no sleeve for the 10″ squares or the 2024/2025 Mini Series Quilts) – watch tutorial
  • Complete the Drop Off/Pick Up form to indicate how you will get your quilt(s) TO us (by MARCH 22) and how you will get your quilt(s) back after the show closes
