I’d like to introduce the newest feature to our rapidly expanding (all encompassing) SVMQG website. The “Suggestion Box”.
I can’t tell you how often I hear members suggesting fabulous ideas for meeting discussions, local “sewcial” events, and possible quilty questions for upcoming monthly meetings. It kills me that I can’t write them all down at that very moment and keep them tucked away for another meeting…so I built a google form for you all to use to suggest your great ideas to us “formally”. I say “formally” loosely though…as the only formal thing about it is that you’re sending it in yourself. All the form is asking you for is your suggestion and what you’d like to categorize your idea as. That way the board members can look at the suggestions collected before the next meeting and work them into our agenda. Your suggestions can be as simple as a speaker’s name or particular demo/concept you’d like for the group to discuss as a whole or something more. Whatever you want to suggest that you’d like to see done at the guild, we’d love to hear it!

Thanks ahead of time for being a really collaborative group of quilters and sewists who are all willing to share some great ideas that help make this guild so amazing to be a part of.
As always, if you have any questions please feel free to email us at siliconvalleymqg@gmail.com.
